Please note that from the 2007 the law regarding tenant’s deposits changed and all deposits held by Landlords or Letting Agent must be covered by one of the three protection schemes. Day Morris uses the Deposit protection Scheme (DPS) www.depositprotection.com However landlords can register their own deposit should they wish and inform us which scheme they have selected.

Letting only – 8% plus VAT
Here we advertise for tenants on all the well know web sites Rightmove, Zoopla, On the Market and our own Day Morris site. Write the Tenancy Agreement, take references, confirm all legal requirements are in place. Arrange the check-in inventory and register the deposit. References are chargeable at £50.00 per person. Inventories are also chargeable, the cost depends on the size of property, starting at £75.00. 

Letting and Collecting the Rent – 10% plus VAT
All the above plus receiving the rent and transferring it to the landlord with a statement.

Fully Managed – 13% plus VAT
All the above plus maintaining the property with our team of electricians, plumbers, handymen, builders and decorators. Also dealing with HRMC for overseas landlords and more.
